We use 4 methods of decoration.
1) Embroidery is a method of decorating fabric by stitching designs, patterns, or logos onto it using a needle and thread. This technique has been used for centuries and remains popular for creating high-quality, durable designs on clothing, hats, bags, and other textiles. Unlike printing methods, which apply ink or vinyl to the surface of the fabric, embroidery involves sewing threads directly into the fabric, giving a textured, raised look and feel.
2) CAD Cut Printing (often referred to as CAD Cut Vinyl Printing or Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) Printing) is a popular garment decoration method that involves cutting out shapes, letters, or designs from a sheet of vinyl using a computer-aided design (CAD) cutter. The vinyl pieces are then heat-pressed onto the garment or fabric. This technique is widely used for sports jerseys, uniforms, custom t-shirts, and other apparel because it provides clean, crisp, and durable designs.
3) Screen printing is a popular printing technique that involves creating a stencil (also known as a screen) and then using it to apply ink onto a substrate, such as fabric, paper, or other materials. It is commonly used to print designs on T-shirts, posters, canvas, and various promotional products.
4) DTF printing, or Direct-to-Film printing, is a relatively new method in the custom garment printing industry. It involves printing designs onto a special film and then transferring them directly to fabric using heat and adhesive powder. This technique is gaining popularity because of its flexibility, vibrant colors, and ability to work on a wide range of materials, including cotton, polyester, blends, and even dark fabrics.
